For consumers who are on the road to buying online, Google is good at finding the best price and doing more research, but it's not always been the best place to help consumers to make choices sooner. Decision process.
But with Showcase Shopping ads, Google offers a better discovery process for these shoppers. This ad format was introduced as a limited beta in 2016 and is now available to all retailers. The underlying idea is that it allows advertisers to use a combination of images and lifestyle products to showcase their brand for generic eCommerce searches in which businesses ads for specific products would not be relevant.
