How to collect SMS reviews online

Bad online reviews can hurt your reputation and hurt your SEO.

Look for a local service and you will probably see a lot of comments that accompany each business listing. Reviews are quickly becoming one of the most critical factors for local online marketing companies. Not only do consumers read reviews online before making the decision to do business with you, but there is also evidence that reviews affect your Google location.

People are more likely to leave a notice if asked. Even if asked, some customers do not want to bother to browse the internet to find where to leave one. Elvin Web Marketing now has a system to solve both problems. Our system, First Rate Plus, creates an automated system requiring ratings and linking customers directly to where they can leave a positive rating. Our program greatly increases the chances of them doing it.

This is the dashboard of SMS Online Reviews

Who can use it?

Any business that deals with customers over the phone could benefit from this type of system.

You can choose as few or as many evaluation sites as you want. If you just want to focus on Google's online reviews, then you need to set others! You can also customize the wording of the welcome message, as well as the management of negative reviews.

Request a review by clicking "Send Invite Notice" and simply enter the name and phone number of your customer. Of course, you should always have the consent of your customers to send an SMS message before requesting a review.

Reminders on autopilot

Obviously, you will not get a notice every time you ask for one. This is where automatic reminders come in. You can send a reminder message up to 3 times at the chosen time interval. If a revision does not remain with the message 2 nd a third will be sent, up to a total of 4 messages. Getting reviews online has never been easier!

This feature is optional. Find it under Settings> SMS.

Stop Negative Opinions Online

Obtaining negative reviews can be particularly troublesome for local businesses, it can be difficult, if not impossible, to remove them and they can have a negative effect on your online reputation.

One of the advantages of using a notice management system is that it serves as a gateway, which prevents the publication of notices on major revision sites.

When guests are invited to leave a comment, they are displayed on one of three screens (depending on your selection).

  • Choose a rating between 1 – 10
  • Choose a rating between 1 – 5
  • Would you recommend Yes or No?

Clearly, a "no" answer would indicate a negative answer. For evaluations, you can choose the threshold that you like. For example, anything less than 3 would be considered a negative criticism.
