Sega will release Mega Drive Mini this year

Like Nintendo Sega releases a mini-version of its iconic Mega Drive game system. The system is expected to be available in 2018 and the company also announced that at least 15 classic Sega games would hit the Switch this summer to celebrate the system's 30th anniversary.

Sega turned to AtGames to build the hardware based on this Facebook post. AtGames had already built the Sega Genesis Flashback of poor quality, so we hope this system will be better than this version. Nintendo paid attention to the details in his retro systems and he showed. The mini NES and SNES are nice returns that bring the best of the past to the present – I just wish the controllers have longer strings.

Growing up, I had an SNES because my parents thought the Sega games were too violent. Basically, Killer Instinct instead of Mortal Kombat. I hope to be able to handle the finishing moves of Scorpion now.

If it's not enough nostalgia, Sega Ages' producer, Kagasei Shimomura, thinks Sega Dreamcast could also touch the Switch, which could bring Phantasy Star Online or Jet Set Radio to the system. of Nintendo
