ThinPrint Cloud Services offers a new solution called ezeep Dash that allows you to move your entire print management system to the cloud.
Printers and printer drivers can now be fully managed in a serverless portal while being able to print locally if there is no internet connection. The company says that ezeep Dash simplifies the entire printing process by keeping the print path short and straightforward.
The optimization of printing services remains a challenge for small businesses. According to Xerox's Small Business Records Survey, 64 percent of small businesses can not track usage or printer costs. This is despite the fact that they use a heavier paper process within their organizations.
Whether you have drivers for printers on all your computers or on a server, ezeep Dash seeks to remove these barriers to make your small business printing easier.
In a news release on the new service, Christoph Hammer, CEO of ThinPrint Cloud Services Inc, said:
"With nearly 20 years of experience in network printing and our long collaboration as a member of the Cloud Printing Alliance with virtually all renowned printer manufacturers, we are able to to offer our customers not only operated solution, but also an ever growing reservoir of the most recent printer drivers. "
Characteristics of the ezeep dashboard
According to the company, ezeep Dash offers a serverless print management solution with a fast setup. It centralizes the management of printers and drivers in the cloud for direct IP printing. When a driver or IP address changes, it is automatically updated with the help of the ezeep dashboard agent.
Users can perform mobile, BYOD, guest and remote print jobs with any device, from any location to any printer.
Plus, ezeep Dash continues to print locally, which means it's not done via the cloud. The printing in your office therefore does not require internet connection.
You can try ezeep Dash with a free 30-day demo account for 10 users with support for Microsoft Windows 7 and above. It will be available for Apple MacOS version 10.10 (Yosemite) and higher soon.
Effectiveness of printing
According to the Xerox report, the wait time for a document in a company with a shared central printer is about three minutes for each employee or 13 hours a year in the United States. Whether you have one or more employees, those lost hours can be avoided through a print management solution.
